JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Organization and supervision of electrical installations and automation works on ships.
- Planning and management of human and technical resources required for the project.
- Assignment of tasks to employees.
- Cooperation with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Time tracking and preparation of reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English language proficiency is a MUST, Russian language skills – an ADVANTAGE.
- Experience in managing electrical installation works.
- Ability to effectively plan work, manage a team, and promptly solve arising issues.
- Category B driver’s license.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- VCA, VCA VOL, DSB, WAH certificates – an advantage.
